Bug Description:
If you apply a rendered effect to a parent object, such as an Actor-Mixer, that contains one or more sounds, a real-time version of the effect will be applied on top of the rendered effect when you are connected to the game, making the effect appear twice as strong as it should be.
Note: This "doubling of the effect" only occurs while you are connected to the game.
Fix:
There is currently no fix for this bug.
Workaround:
You can workaround this issue by doing either of the following:
- Apply the rendered effect to the sound instead of the parent.
- Temporarily bypass the effect in Wwise while connected to the game so that only the rendered effect is heard. If you choose this option, remember to remove the effect
